Help Us Build the Infrastructure for Education Research-Practice Partnerships in Worcester!

Our mission is to build sustainable research partnerships that unite school communities and researchers as equal partners, amplifying voices and advancing student learning!

Using a Research-Practice Partnership (RPP) model, the Worcester Public Schools (WPS) and the Learning Sciences Lab at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) are together building the collaborative infrastructure for conducting impactful education research within WPS. Specifically, through the RPP, we are establishing and documenting shared infrastructural systematic processes and materials; brainstorming and facilitating research ideas that address pressing issues in education; and building a community of trust among researchers, administrators, teachers, and families. Together, these efforts make future research and implementation, innovation, and collaboration more impactful, accessible, and efficient.
